MOSCOW, Feb 4 (PRIME) -- The physical volume of deals with gold on the Moscow Exchange remained flat on the year at 2.8 tonnes in January, the exchange said in a statement on Monday.
The amount of deals with silver plummeted by about 70% to 594 kilograms in the month.
In monetary terms, gold and silver deals amounted to more than 7.8 billion rubles, up from 6.9 billion rubles in January 2018.
